The first task is to send the cursed Elyos souls in The Storm Circle back to the Aether Flow.

For the second task, you'll need to find Antrum the Messenger and give him a Contract Request. The third task is to gather petrification energy, which can still be found in Atreia.

Finally, you must process a Silver Anima Stone using magical crafting.
