The order of Priests in Sanctum is desperately searching for a solution to the problem in the Hell Pass.

We'll make the best-possible progress if we send out as many Daevas as we can to the Hell Pass to cleanse the souls. But it is not so simple.

There may well be a lot of volunteers, but only the few are good enough to actually enter the Hell Pass.

If I had more [plur]Special Entry Scroll[pl:"Scrolls"] for the Hell Pass, I could send more Daevas to help with the problem...
