Summary:
When you spoke with the Reian Elder about Undirborg, he recommended that you speak to Titus. Titus was the one who had been abducted.

Titus told you that he had been abducted by members of the Dragonbound and taken to the Udas Temple. He claimed he discovered a Hidden Library where he saw a living Petralith.

You defeated Shura Steadfast as Titus instructed, and by using a mechanism in a Drakan Stone Statue, managed to gain access to the underground temple. There you confirmed the existence of the Petralith.

Full quest's text:
You possess the grace of a Daeva of ancient Atreia. You remind me of my younger days.

It's good that you are here. The Dragonbound is growing increasingly dangerous. It worries me.

The Dragonbound is laying claim to ever larger parts of the temple, and more and more Reian are being abducted.

You won't believe it when you hear what Titus saw in the underground temple.
When Titus returned, he spoke of those you call Petralith.

They possess unbelievable power and can make the earth shake with their bodies. And they allegedly still look the same as they did when they opposed the Balaur.

Even though they have vanished since then, they continued to protect us until Tiamat cursed Inggison. That was a long time ago.

Perhaps Titus was just hallucinating from fear, but sometimes I think he might be telling the truth.

Maybe you should talk to Titus yourself.
You came alone? You don't seem to know the meaning of fear, young friend.

Take care that the Dragonbound don't get you while you're there.

I don't want to scare you. I'm just saying this because they got me.

It was pitch black when they brought me to the Udas Temple. Suddenly, I became dizzy. That's when I knew they were trying to brainwash me.
The Dragonbound dragged me to the Udas Temple. When we arrived in a certain room, they suddenly cried out, "Stormwing, Stormwing!" and threw their hands in the air. It must have been some kind of ritual.

They were so engrossed in the ritual that I was able use the opportunity to escape. But the temple was like a labyrinth, and I just roamed aimlessly around it.

Then I stumbled upon something that looked like a library. When I stepped into the room, I suddenly caught sight of unfamiliar creatures walking among the Lord's soldiers.

I had never seen anything like them in my entire life!

You may not believe me, but I swear, I really did see them.
Luckily, I finally found a way out of the temple. However, I was so confused that I no longer remembered how I got inside.

I do recall placing a hammer in the Drakan Stone Statue. I think it might have triggered a mechanism that opened the door...

That's all I remember. If you want to know more, you'll have to go to Undirborg yourself.

Shura Steadfast took the item from me that served as my key. She probably still has it.

Oh, I just remembered something else. There was a strange item in the room. Most of the objects there were old, only one was new - it looked like some sort of Traveller's Bag and was lying in a corner.

You should look into the matter. Once you enter this room and see those creatures with your own eyes, you'll believe me!
(A large statue.)

(An astonishingly realistic depiction of a Drakan warrior.)

(A closer inspection reveals that the figure is holding something.)

(It might be the way into the Hidden Library that Titus talked about.)
(A bag, popular among travellers.)

(The Traveller's Bag contains a thick book.)

(It appears to be research papers on the Udas Temple.)

(You should take a closer look at it.)
So the hammer in the Drakan Stone Statue was actually the key to a hidden entrance.

My accounts and your observations leave no doubt of the existence of the Udas Temple and the Jotuns.

Tell Honeus and Centurion Sueros about it, quickly.

I don't want to keep hearing that I'm hallucinating.
