There are three things to remember about Manastone Socketing:

One: The Manastone Slot for equipment can be expanded with Slot Stones.

As I said last time, the Manastone Slot needs to be expanded with a Slot Stone so that Manastone Socketing can take place.

Two: The required Manastone is socketed in the expanded Manastone Slot on the equipment.

All Daevas are free to choose their own Manastones. The higher their level, the greater the equipment enhancement, but also the harder they are to obtain.

Three: Manastone Socketing can also fail.

Manastone Socketing consumes a Manastone, much in the same way that enchanting uses up an Enchantment Stone. If socketing fails, the Manastone is destroyed.
