Complete Windstream missions in order to meet other Daevas and gain experience of Instances. Collect [plur][Event] PvE Hunting Wind Shaving[pl:"Shavings"], which you can exchange for special gifts.

You can find the PvE Hunting Wind in the Campaign/Quest Journal window which you can open with (shortcut key J).

You can access missions consecutively according to their level, so you'll need to be patient.

At times, you may find the experiences in the Windstream difficult and arduous, but please don't give up.
