Thanks for the report. I've checked the data files for Brusthonin and locations of Diamond are indeed missing from them. This is true for all versions of the game, including the v.8 ones.
Looks like they're spawned by the server.

Added it at Items->Items which start quests.
However, at the moment it works for non classic versions of the site only. Classic data misses one field, which prevents me from separating starter items from the rest of quest items.

Still, this is an NPC and not a gatherable. Aion stores only certain part of NPCs in the client. Quite a lot are spawned by the server. Looks Like it's the case with this NPC. There are only 58 locations for this NPC in the client and all of them are displayed on the map at the moment.

Ok, so I've checked for this gatherable and it has this internal name: STR_LDF9_FOBJ_Weed_RandomSpawn_1. Notice the "RandomSpawn" part.
Looks like it's spawned randomly and we have just a few fixed locations for it in the client.

Sorry, but there is no other way. It was not developed as something like open API. There are no other options.

If you think, it's a bug in the game, please report it to the official game support. I can't help you with in-game problems.
