Shield: Noble Fire Dragon King’s Spellbook

Well, those are two different items. Both are used for remodeling shield/spellbook. Both are present in the client.
Can't do anything about it.

They have the same name. Can't this be changed? Noble Fire Dragon King’s Shield and Noble Fire Dragon King’s Spellbook.

It can't be changed. This is how it is in the game itself. Unless ncsoft renames them, it'll stay like it is. Same name, different IDs.
Can't do anything about it unfortunately.

I just did a search on US Classic section with "Noble Nether Fire Dragon" keyword. Shied is a shield and book is is a spellbook.
Not sure, how you've got the results on your first screenshot. Right now it seems ok.
