Passiflora, the Flower That Predicts Hardship

With multiple layers of blue petals and sharp fringes, the Passiflora usually hides behind its tough outer shell, and is said to bloom only in times of hardship.

In a village in ancient Atreia, the chieftain of a village found several buds of Passiflora and shared them with the villagers. But for many years, no one was able to get it to bloom.

But then one day, suddenly all Passifloras in the village started to bloom at once. Shortly after, the Epic Cataclysm occurred.

It was Passiflora that prophesied this great hardship. But it is said the hardship will cease soon after the flower wilts, so make sure you never take your eyes off it for too long.

Amnesia, the Flower That Gifts Oblivion

Amnesia has small white petals and is known for giving off no scent whatsoever, even though it is a flower.

But sometimes, there will be someone who said they smelled the scent of Amnesia. These are the people that have lost one of their most precious memories to the flower.

But since these people lose that memory completely, they cannot even remember what it was. Also, one who smelled the scent of Amnesia is never allowed a second sniff of the flower.

So I wonder if the reason why we cannot smell the scent of Amnesia is because we have already lost a precious memory to it.

Sakrapas, the Flower of Life

Legend says that the Sakrapas only blooms if it drinks the dew of frost for a thousand years, and that it can bring back a soul from the flow of the Aether when the it is in full bloom.

A long time ago in an ancient city, a single Sakrapas once bloomed and the one who possessed it received eternal life. But at the same time, hundreds of people vanished along with their cities.

Death follows Sakrapas wherever it is. Perhaps it is a tragedy that has been brought forth by the ugly avarice of those seeking to obtain eternal life.

Diphylleia, the Flower That Drinks Tears

Diphylleia is a rare flower with petals that become transparent once they come in contact with raindrops or water.

It is also called the "flower that drinks tears," because legend has it that it blooms from the tears shed grieving the death of a good, pure-hearted person.

This small white flower that blooms from tears is said to help souls from being lost and guides them to a beautiful place.

The more tears are shed over a departed soul, the better the place the soul will go. So it might not be a bad thing to miss a departed greatly.

Kalamos, the Flower That Grows on Elim's Head

The Kalamos has five purple petals and grows on the head of a Elim who has achieved great wisdom.

The number of Elims with a Kalamos on their heads can be counted on one hand, so you can tell what a rare occurrence that is.

As rare as the flower is, you might find yourself cursed by an Elim for a thousand years should you ever try to pick one.

It is said that some Elims give their Kalamos' a nickname but if you ask them they get very embarrassed, so it's better to pretend not to know.
