Sofne is doing a great job maintaining a stable flow of Aether to Heiron Fortress, so unlike most Fortresses, you can fly anywhere around here.

Flying Instructor Daedalus will show you the way. He's quite good; this kind of opportunity doesn't come very often.

Spread your wings first and go look for Daedalus at the top of the fortress wall.

Player: Accept

See that big ring up there in the sky above the fortress? There are six of them, all at different heights.

To pass my training course, you'll have to go through all six rings within the time limit.

Player: "That doesn't sound so hard."

Keep an eye on the timer, though. If you don't complete the course when time runs out, you'll fall.

If you think you can't get through the rings within the time limit, you'd better fly down to safety.

The test ends when you pass all the rings and return to me. So, are you ready?

Player: "I'm ready!"

Ah, unfortunately, we can't fly as high as the Daevas of old... The Aether density in Atreia is slowly waning. We can only fly freely in a place where Aether is stable, and those places are fewer and further between, though some of the older Daevas don't believe it....

But, I'm not saying no flight is allowed whatsoever. Flight Transporters are set up in each village.
