I know that you've been to the Manushika Troop Garrison in the past. According to our intel, there is an Ereshkigal Legion's Prison inside. Our soldiers are being held and tortured there, and I want to put a stop to it.

Take down that prison and free any Elyos trapped inside. This cannot go on any longer.
