I came here to help the Reian tribe, but I didn't expect the Dragonbound to be so serious a problem....

You must have seen the Manticores on the way here. The Dragonbound were releasing them to hunt down the Reian Tribe members.

Manticores are... not exactly known to be domestic, so I was surprised. But then I noticed the shackles around their limbs. I think there's something unusual about those manacles.

If you can bring me a set, I can look at them. Head to the Cursed Underground City, hunt the Tamed Manticores there and bring me their Manticore's Shackles.

Hmm, well... they don't LOOK any different from normal shackles. Wait... there's a pattern etched on the inside....

This is beyond my knowledge. I'd better send them along to the fortress to find out more.
