I can't believe that I was pulled from my regular duties to work the Millenium Festival!

Not that my regular duties were vital to the war effort or anything, but can we really afford to yank talented Daevas like me to work parties?

And I assure you, not being able to enjoy the Festival myself has NOTHING to do with my complaints.

Player: "Of course not."

Ah, well, I suppose I get a little enjoyment from helping other Daevas have fun. A little.

For instance, my duties here involve a little scavenger hunt, of sorts. There are prizes involved!

How about you make my misery worthwhile and participate? You won't be sorry.

Player: Accept.

Then here's what you need to do: find Smooth Petals scattered across Atreia.

They shouldn't be hard to find; they've been seeded with all sorts of monsters and foes just for this event.

You might've come across some already. If you happen to have enough right now, it'll save us both a lot of time.

Player: "Let's see...."

I suppose I'm lucky that I wasn't the one who had to seed the Smooth Petals.

I don't know how they did it, but I hear it was a long, involved process.

Your only job, though, is to find them in battle. Are you turning yours in?

Player: "Give me a second to check...."

Sorry, that's not enough Smooth Petals. My orders are very explicit on numbers.

Say, you know how you could do me a favor? Tell my superiors how firm I was. Maybe next year, they'll keep me in the field.

That way, I can actually enjoy the Millenium Festival with everyone else! Wouldn't that be nice.

Player: "You sure you're an Asmodian?"
