If you are lucky enough to find Lead Fragments and Alchemic Essence you can make your own Treasure Box Keys. Rather, you would make the pouch. The key is inside it. It's all very complicated; don't ask questions about the process.

Just remember that you can open any of the Treasure Boxes using the Treasure Box Keys.
