Since Odium is produced by Kobolds in Elysea, I suspected the Lepharist Revolutionaries or the Black Cloud Traders were behind it.

Then a Mau Emissary told me a different story.

According to him, the Black Claw Tribe has lost some Skurv, and are producing less Odella than before.

As you know, Player%, it is unlikely that the Skurv ran away from the protection of the Mau.

The only possible explanation is that the Skurv were abducted.

There's no evidence yet, but I'm sure of it. I believe a recent increase in Odella volume is linked to the missing Skurv.

Furthermore, considering the volume and stability of the Odium and Odella supplies, I'm certain they are being produced secretly somewhere in Altgard.

I had my people narrow down some search targets.

The most suspicious is the Impetusium Construction Site. I sent word to Gulkalla, who is in charge of the area, but have not heard back yet.
