Summary: You received a Shining Krotan Fortress Artifact Shard from Dirandera. You can receive the Artifact Shard only once per week. Full quest's text: Show/Hide Are you going to the Krotan Chamber to drive the enemy out? Sadly, you can't enter now. Player: "Why not?" A strong energy wave is blocking the passage.
