Rosalee will brief you on your arrival. Capture the Refuge. Bring the Dragon Lords to their knees.

The Dragon Lord's Refuge is inside the Commander's Room, which is the heart of Tiamaranta's Eye. There are two entrances, in the east and west.

My soldiers will accompany you while Kahrun leads a separate assault. Their lives are in your hands.
