Levinshor was the homebase of Tiamat since before he became a Dragon Lord. He built an Aetheric Field around it and researched interdimensional technology in hopes of invading Atreia.

Now Beritra has taken over this research and experimentation, and we can't just sit and wait for him to succeed. If he were able to invade, the consequences would be... unfathomable.

Levinshor does have portals that lead to other regions in Balaurea. We can use these portals for good, and we can keep the Dragon Lord at bay.
