Disguise yourself using the Balaur Disguise at Hanarkand Prison Entrance. Relieve Warden Angasa of duty while in your disguise. Talk to Donikia. Report to Pomponia. Get the Balaur costume back from Pomponia. Order: See Pomponia and receive your assignment.
Summary:
Pomponia explained that the path to Tiamaranta was blocked thanks to the Balaur’s Aetheric Field, and asked you to deactivate their Aetheric Field Generator in order to set the battleship’s Obellium on fire.

You found out that the Reian Donikia knows where the Aetheric Field Generator is located. You also found out that he happened to have been captured by Balaur in Hanarkand.

You disguised yourself as a Balaur and freed Donikia from Hanarkand. Donikia told you that the Aetheric Field Generator is in Beshmundir Temple.

When you reported back to Pomponia, she praised you for your efforts, and wanted to send word to the fortress immediately.

Full quest's text:
We're closer than ever to finding the Balaur and wiping their filthy flesh from this land once and for all.

Yesssss. We're preparing to launch...the Obelium.

I should probably start from the beginning.

Tiamaranta is Tiamat’s homeland. The entrance to Tiamaranta is on the other side of Angrief.

We’ve successfully advanced to Angrief but we haven’t made it beyond there. The best Balaur legion is blocking our way.

We haven’t erected a single Obelisk. The Wisplight Corps has been making Obellium because of this.

When fired from a battleship, it can rain down Aether across a large area.
But the area behind Angrief is completely shielded by a strong aetheric field, so the aether rain won’t have any effect.

To set the obellium ablaze, we’ll need to deactivate that aetheric field generator, but before we can do that we need to know where it is. We’ve searched, but we’ve had no luck so far.

We’ve heard rumours about a Reian who knows where the aetheric field generator is. His name is Donikia, but apparently he’s been kidnapped by Balaur from Hanarkand.
Somehow the Balaur managed to capture the one person we need. It would be very difficult to take him back by force. We should disguise ourselves as Balaur and sneak him out of there.

Kill the nearby Balaur and obtain a Balaur Jacket[pl:"Jackets"], Balaur Trousers and a Balaur Helmet.

This clothing isn’t going to fit you, Player, so you should leave it here for me to adjust for you.
Hanarkand is a Balic village. Lots of powerful Balaur live there.

Of course, we could try attacking the place, but it would take a lot of time and resources to do.

If you could disguise yourself as a Balaur, you’d have an easier time finding Donikia.
Very good. Once I’ve adjusted them for you, you’ll be able to disguise yourself as a Balaur.

I’m much better at fighting than sewing, but I’ll give it a go, I s’pose.

Just give me a minute. I’ll call for you once I’m done.
Here you are. It doesn’t look pretty, exactly, but it should fit you at least.

No, don’t put it on yet!

I’ve treated the clothes with illusion powder to really perfect the disguise, but the effect doesn’t last very long once activated.

So don’t put the disguise on until you’re ready for the mission. You can only use it once!
You’d better get going then.

The illusion power only works for a little while, so make sure you only wear the clothes when you get to Hanarkand... Or once you’re right outside the Hanarkand Prison Entrance, even.

Disguise yourself and approach Warden Angasa who is guarding Donikia.

If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to distract the Balaur guard and free the Reian. But if the illusion powder has already lost its effect, you’ll have to kill the guard and rescue the Reian.
It looks like the illusion powder has lost its effect.

It’s been bothering me that the effect is so short-lived, so much so that I’ve arranged for some more pieces of clothing for you. I did it while you were in Hanarkand, Player.

I mean... You could fight the guard, it’s true. But wouldn’t it be better if you didn’t have to?

Would you like another Balaur disguise?
Oh, hey, what’s up? I’m dog-tired.

I haven’t slept for days ‘cause someone needs to guard the prisoners.

I could really do with a nap, but because of those damn Daevas, we’re so short on numbers no one can relieve me of duty. At this rate, who knows how much longer this war will last.
Oh right! You got here quick. I thought you’d still be another day or two getting here.

Of course, it’s no skin off my nose if you’re here early.

*yawns*... I’m so tired...

I’ll make sure to report this to Elder Zanuta so everyone knows what’s up. You can take the hostage with you. I’m gonna go get some sleep.
Thank you for rescuing me.

If I’d been here much longer they were going to take me to Tiamaranta and enslave me in Tiamat’s name.

But, um, why exactly have you saved me?

It must be important, whatever the reason is. It can’t have been easy getting me out of there, after all.
Ah, okay, I thought as much.

(Looks around carefully.) We don’t have much time so I’ll keep it quick.

The aetheric field generator is in the concealed Aetheric Field Room in Beshmundir Temple. And that’s all I know.

We’ll definitely look suspicious if there’s two of us walking around, so I think we should split up here.

Good luck!
Beshmundir Temple, is it? That heathen ground of beastly corruption!

Thank you for your toils, and now you'd better rest. The Fortress will call for you soon.
