You’ll need to do one more thing to get into the Command Area.

Unfortunately, the Command Area is up on the floating island, and can’t be reached by foot.

To get there, you’ll have to use a small airship made by the Shulack Engineering League. I’m talking about the airship to the right of the Central Corridor.

Hm? Are you surprised to find Shulacks in the Balaurean Sky Fortress?
The Shulack of the Kaichin Engineering League learned their skills from the Dragon Lord’s underlings. They’re really mischievous.

Even Tiamat, who hates Sapiens, apparently needed the Engineering League’s help to get the Sky Fortress to work.

Be that as it may. If you want to use the airship, you’ll need to get the ignition key from Popuchin in the Dredgion Fabrication Zone.

Once you get the key and get the airship moving, you’ll be able to reach the Command Area.

Head along the Central Corridor and find the Dredgion Fabrication Zone.

There, you’ll find a Dredgion Generator that powers the Dredgion.

Destroy it. Once you do, the door to the Supervisor’s Workshop will open.

Defeat Popuchin in the workshop and grab the ignition key. I’m sure he will have hidden it in a treasure chest somewhere in that room.
