Order: Lord Kaisinel commands you to help Kahrun kill Tiamat.
Summary:
Kahrun, angry at both the Elyos and the Asmodians, swore to defeat Tiamat alone.

However, Lord Kaisinel appeared to you in the Cloister of Kaisinel, and gave you a special command, which even Kahrun could not ignore. He was forced to let you help.

When you went to the Throne of Blood with Kahrun and stood before Tiamat, the Dragon Lord sent Kahrun into the past, leaving you to face it alone. When things were beginning to look desperate, Lord Kaisinel appeared, and helped you to defeat the Dragon Lord. Her death allowed Kahrun to return to the present.

Lord Kaisinel was about to take Siel's Relics, when suddently Israphel appeared, and stole them in front of everyone. Kahrun blamed the Elyos, everything is in disarray, and Lord Kaisinel has tasked you with tracking Israphel and the relics.

Full quest's text:
So much for Elyos promises. You and the Asmodians are as bad as each other! You said you'd cooperate, but now you're at each other's throats as much as ever. Did you really think I'd never find out?

Tiamat must be laughing at us now. All this squabbling merely plays into our enemy's hands!

Well, the time for the decisive battle is upon us, and I have decided that we Reians can no longer afford to trust you. We will defeat Tiamat alone.

Player: "Surely not!"

Don't waste your words. My mind is made up. It now falls to you to deliver this message to your superiors. Go to Cloister of Kaisinel and tell High Priest Eremitia of my decision. Don't worry, I'll be giving the same message to the Asmodians when they show their faces.

I will face Tiamat alone, and I will be victorious.

The Reians would be better off if you'd never found this place.

Player: "Kahrun, this is madness!"

So Kahrun has decided to go it alone. He can't seriously expect to triumph against Tiamat? Just imagine what will happen if he fails; Tiamat will overrun the whole of Tiamaranta once again, and what little territory the Reians have claimed will be taken from them.

Even worse, what if he succeeds? Then, the Reians will capture Siel's Relics, and solidify their power. We will never be able to defeat the Asmodians if that happens.

However, I am glad you were the one to bring me this information. Perhaps with your help, we can turn this around.

Player: "Please, tell me what I can do."

Actually, your mission comes from someone far greater than I. Prepare to receive Empyrean Lord Kaisinel and hear his command.

Player: "Lord--? Yes, of course!"

Do you understand your mission?

Deliver Lord Kaisinel's Command to Kahrun, and compel him to take you with him to defeat Tiamat. And remember--do not let the Reians take Siel's Relics!

Player: "Never!"

So the Empyrean Lords themselves are now meddling in my business? Well, if Kaisinel commands it, I suppose I cannot refuse.

First, Player, I need your reassurances. I must go to the Throne of Blood and face the Dragon Lord, but I do not wish to throw my best soldiers into what could be a suicide mission. If you and your allies accompany me, there will be no reinforcements coming.

Will you give yourself to this fight, even if it means your final death?

Player: "I swear I will."

Good. The Elyos may have failed me, but it seems they still have one worthy warrior.

I must make preparations. Go to Ancanus, and ask him to show you the way to the Throne of Blood. I will meet you there.

Don't waste too much time, or I will have to go ahead without you!

Player: "Faith and arms, Kahrun."

So, you're going to the Throne of Blood to face Tiamat. I don't envy you! Still, you're fooling yourself if you think Kahrun will let you join him. He's been ranting about Elyos treachery for weeks.

You'll see. He'll be gone once you get there.

Player: "Lord Kaisinel himself commanded it."

Lord Kaisinel? You saw him? You spoke to him? I am in awe!

I'd better get you on your way, then! Go to the Elyos Breakout just inside Tiamaranta's Eye. The Reian wizards have been working on a Portal to the Throne of Blood there, and I hear it's almost complete. Hurry and you'll get there in time to join Kahrun!

Player: "Thank you!"

(Kahrun must already have gone ahead.)

(Hurry up and join him, before he gets too far.)

Player: "Here goes nothing!"

(Kahrun's going to get himself killed if you don't back him up!)

(Looks like a touch on this jewel will send you to the upper level, where Tiamat awaits.)

Player: "Wait! I'm coming!"

What's this, Kahrun? You've brought me a plaything!

How thoughtful. It's been hours since I heard the crack of Daeva bones!

Player: "..."

Lord Kaisinel...? I thought he had refused to help us in person!

Wait... You set this up, didn't you? You Elyos, and your Empyrean Lord--you're in league with Israphel! This whole thing was a play to steal Siel's Relics!

Player: "That isn't true!"

Even if I were to believe you, your so-called Lord is another story. Kaisinel could have helped us from the beginning, but he just watched.

If Lord Israphel hadn't showed up, it would have been Kaisinel who stole the Relics. I should have known better than to trust you! This is the final trick I'll let you Elyos play on me. We're done.

At least one good thing has come out of this debacle: Tiamat is dead. I will return to Kamar with the news.

Player: "I'm sorry. I didn't know!"

Israphel! His plots get more and more inconvenient. I must call the other Lords to council.

Aside from our problems with the relics, once the other Dragon Lords hear of Tiamat's death, they will rush to fill that power vacuum.

Player: "How may I help, Lord?"

First, notify Commander Ancanus of Tiamat's death. I will send my scouts out to track Israphel, but I will need you to do the difficult work, Player.

A Daeva who can defeat Tiamat can do anything, so I trust that you can find Israphel, take Siel's Relics from him, and bring them to me.

Go back to the city and wait for news from my messengers. I will have them bring any clues to you.

Player: "I am honored to help, Lord."

What? Lord Israphel has Siel's Relics?

I thought that the day we finally beat Tiamat would be one of rejoicing, but this news almost overshadows that! Imagine what chaos he can wreak with those artifacts...

Well, I will pass this information along to the other commanders, and perhaps we will come up with a plan.
