Take a message to Rance, the Sentinel of the Arbolu's Haven, Perento, the Brigade General of the New Heiron Gate, and Gorgos, the Admiral of the Blue Fleet stationed in the Jeiaparan Village.

Tell them this: The Undead troops led by Bollvig will soon attack. Make preparations for battle.

Arbolu's Haven is far from the threat of the Balaur, but still it's not a safe place.

Undead surround the whole village. Fortunately, this area has a fairly low population.

Bollvig? Obelisk of the Curse? I wasn't in Heiron at the time, but I did hear about it. Neither the fortress nor Sanctum responded to the situation effectively.

Bollvig's story is a sad one--I admit that--but still we must prepare for his attack and send him and his army of Undead back to the flow of Aether if we can.

These days Heiron and the surrounding region are a strategic hub in Atreia. The Balaur opened the Abyss Gate, and everything changed.
