Danitur the Renegade (1). Reclusive Krata (1). Ancient Elder Ermus (1). Appease Kahrun. Report to Agehia. You hear Munin calling. Go and see him. Order: Stop the dangerous truth from leaking out.
Summary:
Agehis ordered you to keep Israphel's actions a secret, and to make sure that Kahrun complied also.

He wasn't very happy, and talked about kicking the Asmodians out of Sarpan, but you got him to change his mind and agree to keep the secret.

However, he made it clear that the alliance was broken and there would be no more cooperation from the Reians.

Full quest's text:
Don't worry, Daeva. I have not called you here to rebuke you. It seems that it was not our destiny to possess Siel's Relics.

No, it's too late for recriminations. We must consider the consequences of what Israphel has done.

I'll admit, even with all he's done in the past, the depths of his treachery took us by surprise.

Player: "What can we do about it now?"

We can do nothing about the past, of course. But we can consider Israphel's legacy, and how it reflects upon all Empyrean Lords.

If this became common knowledge, many people would lose respect for them, wondering whether they might turn against us as Israphel did. You and I know better, but lesser minds are weak and suspicious. It is our job to shield them from this terrible truth.

I have here a Confidentiality Covenant binding you to utmost secrecy. I have the authority to command you to sign it, but I know I won't have to do that.

Player: "I'll sign it, gladly."

Don't take your oath too lightly, now. Ask Munin what it's like to be an enemy of Pandaemonium, to have to repent of your deeds for all eternity.

You are one of our most trusted Daevas, but I still feel it is my duty to remind you.

Player: "I won't forget."

Oh, and while you were gone, I had my ear chewed off by an angry Reian delegation. I have to assume that they got their information from you?

Well, we can't undo what has been done, but we must make sure that Kahrun abides by this same Sealed Letter that I had you sign. The rumor must stop here.

I know exactly how happy Kahrun will be about this, but I can't worry about that. Threaten him, if you have to.

Player: "I'll see to it."

I have nothing to say to you, so turn around and go back to Pandaemonium if you know what's good for you.

Player: "I have to speak to you..."

I don't believe this! You should be groveling to me, but no. Instead, you're giving me orders and bandying threats around! Does the arrogance of Pandaemonium know no bounds?

Fine, give me the letter. If it means getting rid of you Asmodians, I'll sign it. Now get out of Sarpan! This is Reian land, built with our own hands, and Pandaemonium has no business here!

Player: "I'm sorry it came to this."

I have nothing to say to you, so turn around and go back to Pandaemonium if you know what's good for you.

Player: "I have to speak to you."

I don't believe this! You should be groveling to me, but no. Instead, you're giving me orders and bandying threats around! Does the arrogance of Pandaemonium know no bounds?

Well, I hadn't exactly planned to tell the town crier of the depths of Israphel's treachery, so you can tell Agehia that she doesn't need to worry that I'll talk.

Honestly, I was thinking about kicking all you Asmodians out of Sarpan, but I thought about what you'd done as a member of the Siel's Spear, and I reconsidered. Still, this is the end of our alliance, you understand?

Now, leave the letter with me. I'll read it over and send it to Agehia.

Player: "Of course. Here."

Oh, this is terrible! They're calling a council of elders to expel the Asmodians and the Elyos! This is at least partly your fault, you know?

Anyway, we can't let it happen. You may have defeated Tiamat, but she was the lowliest of the Dragon Lords. Our enemy will come back strong, soon enough.

I don't think there's any hope of returning to the old alliance, but we can at least try and convince Kahrun to let you stay.

Player: "I'm open to ideas."

I don't think we can make Kahrun less angry, but we can at least do him some favors and see if he doesn't come around a bit.

I bet if you rid him of some of the Irksome Ringleaders of certain groups in Tiamaranta, he would remember all that you've done for the Reians, and that his anger is really about Pandaemonium, not you.

Player: "If you think it'll help."

I thought I told you to get out of here.

Or have you come back with more demands from your puppetmasters in Pandaemonium?

Player: "I have good news this time..."

I must admit, you've done me a favor here, Player. Those four have been draining my resources and putting some of my best warriors out of action. And I know you've done a lot for the Reian Tribe in the past. I suppose expulsion of all your people was a little extreme.

But don't think this means we're allies again--and you can tell that to Agehia.

We may call upon you for help in the future, however, and I expect you to comply.

Player: "You know where to find me."

Welcome, Player. What happened? Did Kahrun agree to sign the letter?

Player: "Grudgingly, yes."

At least there's that.

I'm sure he wouldn't believe me, but I regret that our alliance ended on such terms.

I think we're done here, for now. And don't forget... Kahrun wasn't the only one who swore silence.

Player: "Blood for blood."

I'm sure he wouldn't believe me, but I am truly regretful that our alliance ended on such terms.

Ah, Daeva. You have grown so much since we first met: in strength, in wisdom, and in legend.

You have faced down Tiamat, and a rogue Empyrean Lord--oh, don't worry about any oaths of secrecy. I have my ways of knowing such things, and besides, who would I tell?

I wonder what will come to take the place of Tiamat? No, we must not let down our guard, but must take this chance for some rest. Soon your destiny will call you once again.
