Word has it that an abandoned Artifact lies somewhere in Southern Latheron Coast. I sent Guardians several times to investigate, but it's surrounded by Kerubiels.

I don't know why Kerubiels would hang around the Artifact, but there you are.

If you remove those Kerubiels, we can start investigating.

I've protected the Aetheric Field in other regions, but this is the first time an Artifact has been discovered nearby. I'm very excited.
