One look at how the Balaur treat their so-called "allies" tells you everything you need to know about them.

Take the Hoarfrost Mau. They were loyal worshippers and warriors, but did the Balaur care about them? Not at all.

Now the Hoarfrost are this close to a formal alliance with us. The Oracles have seen a way nudge them a little closer.

You and others, at least. Your first step is to become Mentor to any Beluslan Wholewing(s), then take them to Bakarma Barracks and kill Bakarma Draconute Warriors.

Think of it as a demonstration of our goodwill and a chance to take down Balaur at the same time.

Player: Accept.

This helps everyone: the Hoarfrost, Asmodians in general, and whoever you choose to Mentor in particular.

And yourself, of course, once you complete your mission.

Player: "It's as good as done."

Beluslan is ten kinds of inhospitable. The local undead prove it...though most were created by the Balaur.

I don't want our Daevas to add to that number. Having the Hoarfrost on our side would help immensely. What did you accomplish?

Player: "A lot of bloodshed."

Ahhh, that's good to hear. Once the Hoarfrost ally with us, there'll be one more resource for local Daevas.

The day when The Circle is no longer needed.... That's a day all of us work towards, because it'll mean victory and peace.
