This is a Stigma I've prepared for you, Player. It contains Normal Stigmas that you can use, so choose one that you want from the bundle.

You can equip or remove Stigmas with the help of a Stigma Master, and you check equipped Stigmas by opening the Stigma window in your Character Info window (P).

Equipped Stigma skills are used the same way as normal skills. You know, register them in the shortcuts and all that.... I hope I was helpful!
