There's a group of Shugos working on fortifying the southern Bulwark. Why, I don't know, but they've requested assistance.

It seems they can't even defend themselves against something as easy to kill as Sparkles.

I know it's ridiculous, but please head over there and kill any Snowfield Sparkles you find.

Player: Accept.

The Bulwark requires constant repairs, this southern section more than others.

I don't blame the Shugo work crews, I blame centuries of Balaur occupation.

The Shugos don't help the situation much, mind you.

Player: "I didn't see anything worth complaining about."

You're not one of those, are you? A soft-hearted fledge entranced by those furry nyerkers?

After so long serving our people, I see the Shugos for what they are: mercenaries and thieves.

But I guess everybody's entitled to their opinions, right?
