The Manduri Forest is an oasis in the desert of Eltnen.

But the sands threaten it, as they do in so many places.

We must preserve this green sanctuary at all costs.

Player: "I agree."

Life there has already been disrupted. Smaller animals are disappearing from the forest, and predators far outnumber the prey.

I suspect that the Frillnecks are the cause.

Their population grows while all others decline.

Player: "What can be done?"

We must hunt the Sawtooth Frillnecks to restore balance to the forest.

They are the most ferocious and violent Frillnecks, especially when their territory is threatened.

Thinning their numbers should allow the smaller animals more room to thrive.


Player: Accept.

I don't ask this easily, even though I personally fear them.

At times like these, innocent beasts have to die so the larger balance may be preserved.

It simply must be done.


Player: "I understand."

Player, you are back.
