Is it true that the Elim have turned into something strange and are attacking anyone who approaches?

As she passed through the Decayed Grove, she was attacked by Elim that turned into Lumbering Agrints.

I can't believe her, but she swears it's been like that for some time now.

Player: "How do they become Agrints?"

I don't know the exact cause, but it's possible a contaminant of some sort is involved. I hate to ask but could you go to the Decayed Grove, Player?

We must know if all the Elim have been turned into Lumbering Agrints.

If it's true, we may have to eradicate them.

Player: Accept.

Please go to the Decayed Grove and find out whether all Elim have transformed into Lumbering Agrints, or if any Elim still exist.

If they have all become Agrints, I must ask a dark favor of you. Eradicate them all, for everyone's sake.

I hope Camana's lying. The truth would be too horrible.
