Here, it's mostly the latter that's holding us back. We've had our scouting assignments fail because of two of the local creatures: the Boulderback Kirrins and the Leuco Skyrays. Fortunately, I've been authorized to award those who hunt them down, so they shouldn't be a nuisance for much longer.
