I don't doubt this possibility, but we need evidence of it.

I think they may be planning something with Ide, not unlike the Sarpan debacle with the Dragonbound there. Will you look into this?

The Reians around here have more information than we do. Our peace treaty with them has been a little shaky of late, but I'm sure they'll talk with you, Player.

But yes, something is in the works. The Avad Dragonbound in Tiamaranta are transporting the Idgel Purification Device Component. Plans to devise a special Ide weapon, I imagine.

If you're really taking on this task, destroy the Avad Dragonbound and take the Idgel Purification Device Component to Hindla, who will have more information for you.

What do you plan to do with it?

This is a key component to a device associated with Idgel, which was used long ago and is being used again. The Dragonbound are supplying somebody with them.

I think they originated from the Siel Temple Ruins. Supposedly Sheban Legion Quartermaster is with them, and might be using it.

If you're up to the task, go there and handle Sheban Legion Quartermaster so it won't be utilized any longer.

Could they be trying to use the devices to draw on the power of Empyrean Lord Siel?

It's a relief that you eliminated their leader, but the devices the Beritra troops and Dragonbound were transporting should still be there.

I was wondering who was manipulating the Dragonbound now that Tiamat is dead, and it was the Beritra Army all this time.
