All Fortuneers are advised to read the following proclamation.

2. Charge: Military Supply Theft.

3. Details of Crime: Fraia stole Elysean military supplies and fled to Weeping Valley in pursuit of buyers for the stolen merchandise.

Anyone who arrests or assassinates Fraia and brings back the Reian's Wing Feather as proof will be paid handsomely.
