The Blood Crusade has issued a general kill order on the arrogant Elyos in all areas. You are hereby directed to slay any and all worthy Elyos foes you come across, with the following directives:

1. Regardless of time and place, if you see an Elyos you should dispatch him or her promptly.

2. Slay five Elyos by any means possible. Focus your efforts on enemies worthy of your prowess, ignoring those whose combat skill is beneath you.

3. Report to Gelkmaros Branch Agent once your Elyos foes have lost the will to fight.

May you walk in Azphel's shadow. Blood for blood!
