An equipment reward officer for Protector's Marks at Azphel's Sanctuary. Show him the marks and he exchanges them for Protector Equipment. Dialogs: You know, people tend to take advantage of the small promises. They're always cast aside whenever something more "important" comes up. That's true of the promises we make ourselves, too. But they're wrong. Those small promises make us who we are! This is why I've kept my promise to you, Player. Give me Protector's Marks, and I'll give you weapons.
