I see you've heard the news. Since the death of Tiamat, numerous accounts of abnormal phenomena have been reported in Inggison. We suspect these are somehow connected to the rare abilities of certain creatures that were previously suppressed by the Dragon Lord's power.

This problem has prevented us from concentrating our strength on advancing into Balaurea and, therefore, we've decided to seek assistance from veteran Daevas.
