Summary:
You met with Ancanus and asked him about the Dragonbound. He sent you to see the Reian Scholar Pashilion.

When you met with Pashilion, he said that you could find the Dragonbound in the Avad Village and told you to go to Flavia if you find any clues.

You destroyed the Dragonbound in Avad and obtained Idgel Purification Device Parts. You took the parts to Flavia to get her advice. She told you that similar parts were recently found with the Dragonbound. She also told you that the Dragonbound in Siel's Temple Ruins were carrying these parts as well and asked you to find out more.

You went to Siel's Temple Ruins and defeated the Beritra army leader controlling the Dragonbound. When you returned to Flavia, she asked you to report to Ancanus. Ancanus received your report and thanked you.

Full quest's text:
Welcome to Tiamaranta! I heard that you've come to Balaurea to investigate the Ide.

According to our investigation, there's a link between the Dragonbound in Inggison and Sarpan and the Ide. This means we must pursue the Dragonbound to find out more about the Ide.

It'll behoove you to track down Dragonbound in Tiamaranta while conducting your investigation.

Player: "Dragonbound here too?"

Yes, we recently found evidence of them here. I have no idea what they'd be after, especially with Tiamat gone.

But since you've been asking about them, you'll need all the information you can get.

I can introduce you to someone who can help you.

Player: "Please do."

Go talk to the Reian Scholar Pashilion.

I don't really like to get involved with the Reian, but they know more about this region than I do. He should be able to tell you more about the Dragonbound here.

Good luck on your investigation and be sure to report back to me if you find something new.

Player: "I'm on my way."

You're a Daeva of Elyos, so you must have come for a reason.

I don't know if I can really help you, but feel free to ask me anything.

Player: "Are there Dragonbound here?"

The Avad Dragonbound are all gathered at Avad Village. We've noticed some strange activities, but Tiamat's Balaur have been gone for a while now. After a while, we figured they were harmless and just let them be.

If you want to investigate the Avad Dragonbound, you should go to the village. Eliminate them and you should be able to obtain Tiamaranta's Clue.

Oh, and one more thing. Flavia told me she recently came across some important information about the Dragonbound. When you find the Tiamaranta's Clue, take it to her and ask her for advice.

Player: "Thanks for the information."

I sense some extraordinary energy around you.

Did you want to say something?

Player: "What are these parts?"

Oh, we'd find these every time we defeated a Balaur Follower in Tiamaranta.

When I reported this to my superiors, I was told it's related to the Ide and Idgel.

Which reminds me. These were found on Dragonbound in Kamar as well, in case you didn't know.

Player: "Fascinating."

What's even stranger is that similar device parts have been seen at the Siel's Temple Ruins. The Dragonbound at the Siel Temple Ruins all seem to possess these parts.

We just received reports that they all answer to a single Balaur. He might still be there.

Take down the Sheban Legion Quartermaster at the ruins and find out what's going on.

Player: "But, I'm afraid of temple ruins."

Did you search the Siel's Temple Ruins?

Did you defeat Sheban Legion Quartermaster?

Player: "I was amazing."

Just as I thought. It was the Beritra army.

But it's strange. Aside from Siel's Temple Ruins there's nothing, so why would the Balaur and the Dragonbound gather here? Why do they all have Idgel devices parts?

Hurry back to Ancanus and report everything.

Player: "Sure."

You came back sooner than I thought you would.

You must have had some big breakthrough.

Player: "This is how it went down."

If you hadn't found this out, they could have stabbed us in the back.

I'll dispatch troops right away to destroy those devices.
