Some would have you believe they're little more than bandits. That's not true. They're well armed, highly trained, and treacherous. They preach revolt against Sanctum, the destruction of our government... even outright defiance of the Seraphim Lords.

And some of our people are beginning to listen to them. And doubt them. And fear them.

Player: "What should we do about them?"

Good question. When they first took Belbua's Farm, people thought they were just looters. But it's much worse than that.

They have rotten hearts and grand plans--evil plans. They cluster in small groups and work from hidden power bases.

Meanwhile, they've been preying on the sensibilities of our villagers--preaching "freedom of speech" and decrying "suppression."

Player: "As if that's the problem."

Exactly--it's not. The problem is they are conspiratorial pests, and we must rid ourselves of them.

Centurion Leto, one of our Guardians, has done her best to hold them off, but she needs reinforcements. And Sanctum seems unwilling to help.

Could you go to the farm and dispose of the leader Cavil and his miscreant thieves?
