People said I was foolish for coming to a place like this to do research, but I'm not going to let the Balaur impede our search for knowledge. I came here to research Klaws.

We originally thought they were merely Potcrabs transformed by the Cataclysm. But now we know they actually have remarkably high intelligence. They form well-organized and complex societies. Can you imagine?

I believe this difference in intelligence is what's causing so many problems in the Poya Jungle and threatening the survival of all other animals.

Player: "Do you know what to do about it?"

I'm not sure yet. The Klaw problem has to be addressed though, or the ecology of the Poya Jungle could collapse completely.

I've thought about just killing them, but I fear that would only be a temporary solution. Miss nary a handful, they'll come back en masse.

We need to eliminate the root of the problem.

Player: "What's that?"

The Klaws are multiplying at an alarming rate. We have to kill the Klaw Queen. No more Queen means no more eggs, and eventually no more Klaws.

Go to Klawtan's Wallow and destroy the Klawspawn. That should lure the queen out.

As soon as she appears, crush her.

Player: Accept.
