Description:
Talk with Nianalo. Talk with Navid. Talk with Pavel. Talk with Pendaon. Talk with Poevius. Talk with Belicanon. Talk with Mahelnu. Talk with Pater. Take the Oath Stone to High Priest Jucleas and ask him to perform the divine ritual. Report back to Lavirintos. Before you can join the Miragent Holy Knights, you must first prove your information gathering ability. Go find Miragent Holy Knights hiding all over Elysea, receive their signatures, and then ask High Priest Jucleas to perform the divine ritual.
Summary:
Commander Lavirintos said that you would need intelligence capability to become a Miragent Holy Knight, and then gave you a test assignment to find 8 Miragent Holy Knights hiding in different places in Elysea.

You found Nianalo, Navid, Pavel, Pendaon, Poevius, Belicanon, Mahelnu, and Pater, received the signatures of all of them, and then took the divine ritual presided by High Priest Jucleas.

When you returned after having completed all the procedures, Lavirintos gave you a piece of equipment used by Miragent Holy Knights as a certificate of your passing the test.

Full quest's text:
As you have a long way to go, I'll explain the next test right now and leave you to it.

We are interested in other regions beyond the walls of Sanctum. We know that threats emerge from remote areas and make their way to us. Information must be collected in order to understand these threats.

If the last test was to check your ability as a [%userclass], this test is to confirm your intelligence capabilities.

Player: "I understand."

That's a good start. Information doesn’t only consist of rumors or personal accounts. Sometimes it could be a person, a jewel or even a document.

Locate eight Holy Knights who are currently active in various parts of Elysea, and obtain their signatures. I need evidence of your meeting them.

Here, take this. It is a note listing the names and active regions of the eight Holy Knights. Use this as a lead and make use of your information gathering skill to the maximum. You won't always have such an advantage. I expect fast results.

Remember that on your way back you must go to the High Priest, give him the Oath Stone, and take the divine ritual presided by him.

Player: Accept.

Word of your recruitment reached me some time ago. I must say, you’ve found me sooner than I expected.

Part of our job is to watch areas as secluded as this. Unsavory types tend to stick to the outskirts with their suspicious activities. And this spot happens to be surprisingly good for that purpose.

Look over there. You can see people going in and out of Sanctum at a glance, right? Any one of them could be trouble. Anyway... loet me see that list. I'll confirm that you've found me

Player: "Here you are."

I’ve signed on it. Keep it out of the rain, lest my signature wash off. I won't be signing it again.

Also, don't show this list to anyone aside from fellow Knights. If it happened to fall into the hands of hostile parties, our members would be in danger.

Player: "Of course."

I heard that you are from Poeta, and you've found me as quickly as I expected.

So, how do you feel coming back home after a long time of absence?

Curious, that we often find a hearth in places beyond our foundations... but I'm rambling.

Player: "Just sign here."

Of course, of course. Finding eight people... When I took this test, I had to go to Asmodae and take someone back home. It seems the qualification test has gotten a lot easier these days. Nothing is ever like it used to be.

You may need to hurry up to find the other six. I’d better say good bye now. Work to do.

Player: "Of course."

Nice to meet you, Daeva.

I am a [%userclass], the best type of adventurer I'd say.

Player: "Is this you on the list?"

It is... hmm who else is on here?

I didn’t expect that. He’s a proud guy... and they and rarely get involved in these sorts of things... interesting.

You’ll have some trouble finding him. He’s so meticulous that he literally looks in every nook and cranny. Even now, he could be scouting somewhere that nobody has even thought of. Well, I've signed. Good luck with your test.

Player: "My thanks."

Finally, you're here. How could you handle other tasks if you took so long to find me?

If you gather information in this way, you will be always one step behind. You must keep in tow with flow, I always say.

Player: "That sounds... wise?"

Well, although quite late, you did find me, and so I have to sign.

I must recommend Commander Lavirintos to score the time one spends to find Holy Knights.

Alright, go on then. Some of us are busy doing actual recon.

Player: "Sorry to bother you."

Whoa, you scared me!

What’s the big idea appearing so suddenly like that, when it’s already dreary as it is? I almost had a heart attack.

You have the list, right? Give it here. I want to finish the job and leave this place as soon as possible.

Player: "I won't hold you up."

Here, that’s all done, right? Off you go, then.

I'll leave here as soon as I check some important things.

I feel a chill over my body. I cannot stay any longer.

Player: "It is an uneasy place."

Are you Player?

Nice to meet you. Who I am is unimportant... oh, it's written on the list... right.

Well, as I usually work in Theobomos, you may not have seen me in Sanctum.

Player: "That explains a lot."

Let's see this list. Hm, you’ve already found more than half of us.

...And now you’ve found even me. You may be good at field work.

Player: "Kind words."

Who are you? You should not come in without permission.

Although this house is deserted, you must ask before coming in if there is someone inside. Have you no manners?

I don't know who you are, but I can tell you are ill-mannered.

Player: "Apologies, I'm here for a signature."

Oh my, I’m sorry. It’s pretty close to the fortress here, so there are quite a few people who come and bother me.

I just need to sign it here, right? Hoho, this sure takes me back. I was terrified of people I had to meet while taking the test.

Anyway, no one saw you coming in here, right? Good, then head on back. You have my signature.

Player: "I'll do that."

Take a breather. Finding me wasn’t easy, was it?

Spying on the Calydon village is quite a challenging task. They have a keen sense of smell, you see.

Just a moment ago, they started to sniff around as if they had smelled something, and so I hid here hastily.

Anyway, it is admirable that you came this far to find me.

Player: "I'm here thanks to the list."

I guess you’d just want to get over and done with this test as quickly as possible.

I understand. I’ll sign right now.

I am the final signature. Here you go. You just need to take this to Commander Lavirintos.

Player: "I'm on ym way."

I heard that you left to Elysea to take the next test.

Can I prepare the divine ritual now?

Player: "Yes."

The procedure is the same as last time.

Have you prepared the Stone?

Player: "Here it is."

Empyrean Lord Ariel...

Player pledges eternal loyalty. Please engrave thy will on this Stone!

...

Right, I think it’s done now.

Player: "Very well."

Well done. You have passed this test, too. All eight signatures... good.

Here, take this. This certifies that you have passed the test.

This itself does you honor, but it will show its real value when you have all the equipment of Miragent Holy Knight after passing all the tests.
