Though, there is a silver lining to this. The seeds or spore sacs of these mutated plants often contains Aether essence.

The Hymn of Aion Legion needs that essence to rebuild the Aetheric Field. Find a Blue Spore Sac and bring it to me. Faith and arms and all that.
