The return of Ereshkigal has increased the power of the permanent Abyss while destabilizing the balance of Aether, which subsequently weakened the Aetheric Field that was created to protect the Tower of Eternity during the Epic Cataclysm.

The Balaur Lords and the rest of the Balaur haven’t seem to taken notice of it yet, but there have been reports of the Asmodian foray into the vicinity of the Tower of Eternity on the other side where the Aetheric Field has also disappeared.

This is a time when we must work together to rebuild the Aetheric Field and protect the Tower of Eternity from the Balaur, but the Asmodians are only interested in attacking the Tower of Eternity for their selfish gains.

As such, Empyrean Lord Azariel is of the position that the Elyos and the Asmodians can no longer coexist.
