"Vera" isn't just another siege cannon. Beritra only has one, and he means to keep it. What's more, it's on an isolated platform across an impassable span. The Aether here isn't strong enough for you to fly, and I wouldn't try gliding it either.

Fortunately, there's a bridge lever. Beritra's forces use a spell, but I've discovered the best spell is destroying the four Balaur Power Generators. Make sure you keep them down. The Balaur may try to retake them.

After that, all you need to do is drive this Mobile Turret across and break Beritra's toy. Oh, that and deal with the guards on the other side of the bridge. Like stealing Odella from a Skurv.
