Summary:
Kahrun described what he learned about the Invasion Power Generators and Invasion Corridors from his investigation.

He then asked you to continue the investigation in his stead because he has yet to recover from his injuries. You did as he requested and entered the Invasion Corridor.

You emerged from the portal at a place called Linkgate Foundry.

After defeating Beritra's troops that attacked you, you entered Linkgate Foundry and discovered an area where the Beritra Army was preparing for their invasion. There you found the same Invasion Corridor and Invasion Power Generator that you saw in Kaldor. The area was connected with key bases in other areas and the source of Beritra's reinforcements. The reinforcements then used the portal to infiltrate Kaldor.

After witnessing Beritra Army's plot in action, you met a Reian spy who was sent by Kahrun. He said that the Beritra army intends to use the Invasion Corridors and Invasion Power Generators to invade every region and asked you to escape and warn the others.

When you made your escape using an Invasion Corridor, you found yourself in Kaldor. The Invasion Plan you seized after defeating the inspector in the invasion zone detailed Beritra Army's secret plans to launch a massive Invasion of many regions.

With the Invasion Plan as evidence, you reported your findings.

Full quest's text:
Beritra's forces, their terrifying weapons of war, and the Invasion Power Generator that we saw during the vision.... And to think, the common knowledge was that we were winning. How naive we've been.

I rushed to look for the only lead I had while you've been gone. These Power Generators have many secrets we have yet to unravel, but I'm getting closer. So far, I can only be sure that their purpose is to create a breach through which Beritra can make war.

If the Balaur truly have the capability to establish stable portals into Atreia, we are in deeper trouble than anyone could possibly know. This changes everything, Daeva. Beritra is not some simpleton to be repelled and forgotten.

Player: "Is there anything we can do?"

There, look! Do you see that portal near the Generator? That is the corridor created for the impending invasion of Beritra's forces. It doesn't take long to stabilize and create a corridor.

I saw it happen, Daeva. If Beritra can simply attack us wherever one of these generators is hidden... I can't imagine the devastation. Entire settlements lost with no warning. We can't allow this to happen.

I managed to gather some intel from the Balaur that came out of the portal. They were... resistant to conversing with me at first, but eventually they saw things my way. They didn't know much, but it seems the Invasion Corridors can only be used by Beritra's forces. Unfortunately, that makes any attempt to counterattack impossible.

Player: "How are we supposed to combat that?"

After defeating Beritra's soldiers, I searched their bodies and found small tags on them. I... experimented for a while. Even the Balaur bodies don't go through without these tags. I thought it was just because they were dead, at first, but apparently you don't have to be alive to use the Corridor.

You can use these tags to enter the Stonepike Invasion Corridor. You're the second capable person to come across my path since I figured this out, lucky you. You get to go through for me. I'm not fully healed, nor have I finished my research. That just leaves you.

Remember when I said you were the second person? I already sent ahead my retainer, Spy Ditono, who is an expert of disguise. I haven't heard from him in some time. Keep an eye out, find Spy Ditono, and continue this investigation.

Player: "I'll do what I can."

(Powerful Ide energy pulsates about the device linked to the Invasion Corridor.)

(You can see--Stonepike Invasion Corridor--written in small Balaur letters.)

(The portal requires a Fountainhead Zone Tag to work.)

Player: "Here goes nothing."

Kahrun sent you? Are you two insane? You almost blew my cover coming here. You may not be aware but traveling through the Corridor produces quite a lot of noise and bright lights.

I haven't been able to send any messages through for some time. Patrols have increased recently, though I'm not sure why. I think they're getting ready to invade. I was just about to make a break for the Corridor when you came through.

You seem to be up to speed on the situation. What you may not know is that Beritra intends to hit multiple regions at once. This is a large-scale invasion, not just some paltry power struggle for footing. From what I've deduced, the Invasion Power Generator is our main target. It's what allows them to generate the Invasion Corridors.

Player: "How large of an invasion are we talking about?"

Think of every place you know a name for. Now think of Beritra renaming the burning heap of rubble he intends to turn those places in to. I don't think anyone has the forces to push back a global assault.

Lord Kahrun's concerns are justified. Player, I'll give you this Secret Zone Tag, so that you can escape through the Secret Zone Invasion Corridor over there and let the others know.

We must inform everyone of this danger right away. Don't worry about me. I'm going to stay and gather some more intel. You'll see me again. Now go.

Player: "I'll make sure your warning is heard."

Listen carefully, I don't want you wandering into the point of a sword. The Secret Zone Invasion Corridor is a portal that leads to an invasion zone called Kaldor. There, you will find Commander Virca, an officer in the Beritra army. He has vital intelligence about the invasion.

I don't care how you obtain that intel, just make sure you have it before you leave the area. Once you're out, I intend to disable the Secret Zone Invasion Corridor. I can't condone the continued use of that portal. I think an explosion is in order.

Once I'm done here, I will return to Lord Kahrun. I can't quite do that now, since I need to prep the explosives. I'm sure an opportunity will present itself. This is all I can do for you. Get going.

Player: "On my way."

(Powerful Ide energy pulsates about the device linked to the Invasion Corridor.)

(You can see--Secret Zone Invasion Corridor--written in small Balaur letters.)

(The portal requires a Secret Zone Tag to work.)

Player: "Time to leave."

Aren't you Player? You defeated Hyperion, right? I've heard quite a lot about your exploits in Kaldor. I'm sure it's not all true, but impressive nontheless.

I didn't know you were in Levinshor. To what do I owe the pleasure of your visit?

Player: "You're going to want to see these."

What is this crestlich scratch? Balaur? No, no I can't remember how to read this nonsense. Wait, I recognize some of these symbols.

Beritra... these are plans from the enemy? Where did you get these? I'll have to have them analyzed right away.

This looks very ominous. Alright, give me a moment. I'll try to make some of this out.

Player: "Take your time."

This is an invasion plan. I can't make out everything, I haven't read Balaur in quite some time, but it seems like a preemptive strike is in order. We can't let them go through with whatever it is they're planning.

I'm glad you brought this to me. To tell you the truth, we came here to stop the Beritra army. I was stationed here without much of an explanation, but now everything is starting to make sense. I can see how Balaur sightings have started to creep up in the area without my scouts seeing any troop movements.

I'll send you to the Rubirinerk's Settlement immediately. Captain Feroz is there. You need to take this yourself, as you have first hand knowledge. Make it so.

Player: "I'm already there."

I see. This explains so much. I've lost several scouts without any warning. Until now we had no idea what was happening to them. I assumed we were falling victim to an incredibly skilled assassin... this is worse.

See this part written here. This is the most terrifying thing. The preparations for the invasion are complete. We don't have much time to thwart this. I've already received reports of machinery being moved from remote Balaur bases. We need to act.

I don't want to sound so pessimistic, but I don't think we have time to prepare for this scale of an invasion, let alone the troops. This is beyond the scope of my authority. I'll spread the word to my superiors and we'll be sure to bring this whole invasion crashing down on itself. You'll have a part to play before this unfolds, be ready.
