Go to the Tejhi base in Cloudtalon Valley, and take out the Tejhi Riptides and Tejhi Coralblades.

We're working to improve relations with the Scale Elders, but the Tejhi of Cloudtalon Valley have made it clear that they do not want peace with us.

We need to make them understand they don't want war, either.
