Since the Aetheric Field protecting the Tower of Eternity has weakened, Norsvold has appeared in Atreia for the first time since the Cataclysm. If we cannot manage to reinforce the field, we're hoping to establish a new one here at the Shrine.

We, of course, will need highly-concentrated Aether crystals to build an Aetheric Field. The Shadow Legion is gathering as many Aether crystals from the fragments that fell from the tower as we can. Are you willing to help us, Player?

Gather as many Eternal Crystal of Lights as you can find, and bring them back to me.

These fragments are from the Tower of Eternity itself. They're pure, concentrated Aether.... As you can imagine, they'll have many uses aside from rebuilding the Aetheric Field.

Anyway, these are definitely fragments of the Tower. No other material in this world would be concentrated this purely of Aether.
