Blue Illusion Forest is relatively close to the Tower of Eternity and has way more scattered tower fragments than other areas.

Over time, Tower of Eternity fragments released abundant amount of Aether as they disintegrated, and the oversupply of Aether stimulated rapid evolution of creatures in Blue Illusion Forest.

As the creatures remember that they became stronger due to the power of tower fragments, they’re very hostile to the Archon’s Shadow Legion and interfere with our attempts to retrieve the fragments.
