There is a holy tree called the Aetherspring Oak at Aetherspring Lake. It helps lost souls return to the flow of Aether and rest in peace. But this tree is inhabited by abhorrent creature. Anyone killed by these creatures becomes bound to their dead bodies, and suffers in eternal torment.

Those souls remain in the form of tormented statues near the Aetherspring Oak. Sadly, some of our scouts have become statues themselves. We Asmodians don't abandon our own. Destroy the statues that bind their souls, so that our scouts can return to the flow of Aether.

Go to the Aetherspring Oak and destroy the Howling Daeva Statues to give the poor Daevas peace.
