When the Tower originally exploded, the Aetheric field that was thrown up froze pieces of the wreckage in mid-fall.

Now that the field is weakening, pieces of the Tower are beginning to fall here in Norsvold.

These pieces are exibiting strange qualities, and we have dispatched research teams to try and harness the power of these artifacts.

Player, go to Petur and assist with the investigation.

Greetings, Player. I was told that you'd be coming.

Every few days this fragment of the Tower will glow with a blue light.

It becomes a portal, but where it leads I am not sure.

While we have entered it a few times, we have not discovered much, though we have detected a malicious presence.

If you decide to enter, I would recommend gathering some companions to go with you.
