Description:
Talk with Njord. Talk with Jebal. Talk with Radgrid. Heimdall told you that information officer Njord has been looking for you. You should meet Njord in the Capital Building.
Summary:
Heimdall sent you to the Capitol Building to speak with Njord.

Njord said the Brigade General of Thunder Shout Legion in Reshanta had reported finding something interesting.

Brigade General Garvages asked you to go to the Grave of Claws and speak to Rathgrid, who believed he had something that would be helpful in regaining the Krotan Refuge.

Full quest's text:
Ah, Player, it's been some time. You're really making waves here in Pandaemonium.

You'd have come to my attention, even if Munin hadn't sent word to keep an eye on you.

There are many aspiring Daevas here, but you stand out from the crowd. Perhaps it's the bandit blood.

Player: "Not the most delicate of advantages."

No. But you've impressed the right people with your abilities.

Information officer Njord is one of them. He asked me to send you to him the next time I saw you.

What do you say? He's an influential Daeva.

Player: Accept.

A wise choice. You need as many friends as you can get. Most people don't trust former bandits, and your association with Munin doesn't sit well, either.

My advice is to carry on exactly as you have been. It's surprising how quickly people can change their minds.

You'll find Njord in the Capital Building.

Player: "I'll go right away."

Ah. Azphelumbra! I wasn't sure you were still in the city.

I thought the bandit-haters might have driven you out by now. For once, I'm glad to have been wrong.

You've spoken to Heimdall, then. That must have been exciting.

Player: "You wanted to see me."

That's right! You're needed in the Abyss. Our soldiers there spend as much time retreating as they do attacking, what with Elyos and Balaur coming at them from all angles.

We need something to swing the fight in our favor, and I don't think one of Agamo's ballads is going to cut it. Brigade General Jebal in Reshanta says they might have stumbled across some sort of weapon out there.

It's probably nothing, but go and speak with him. Ask if there's anything you can do to help.

Player: "The task is mine."

No matter how long I spend in the Abyss, I never get used to it. Nothing makes sense here. It's hard to believe this is still Atreia.

I miss the temples of Pandaemonium, even the bite of the wind in Altgard.

Tell me, how are things back home?

Player: "You told Njord about a weapon...?"

Right! It's about time he sent someone to help.

One of our Centurions scouting the Krotan Refuge in the Grave of Claws thinks some rock up there could have come from the Petraliths- in the Floating Island.

Go speak to Radgrid in the Bloodburn Reach and find out what's going on.

Player: "I'm there."

On vacation from Pandaemonium, are you? As you can see, the Abyss is lovely this time of year.

You've come at a bad time, Daeva. The Krotan Refuge has fallen.

If you're heading to Krotan Rock now, you'd better keep your wits about you.

Player: "Brigade General Garvages sent me."

You're here to help with the plan, then. Not a moment too soon!

Losing the Krotan Refuge may have been a blessing in disguise. While investigating the Grave of Claws for a route back, we made a discovery.

And despite what Garvages says, this is something that might just help us retake the fortress.
