They're worried because they haven't heard from me? How odd! I've been sending my reports on the regular schedule...

I'm sure I can uncover the problem. You know, I recently switched from the expensive Shugo express mail service to a cheaper Shugo non-express service.

That'll teach me to try and save money instead of worrying about things that are more important!
