Eliminate an enemy in the Blaekmor District who plans to attack Aspar Hold. Summary: An officer was disappointed to lose his (other) favorites in the fight for Aspar Hold, and he determined that their sacrifices would not be in vain. When you fought off an enemy in the Blaekmor District, he was reminded that you were always his favorite. Right? Full quest's text: Show/Hide I lost some of my favorite Daevas in the fight for Aspar Hold. Er, besides you, Player, but of course. I refuse to give it up to the enemy! The Ahserion and the other countless enemy factions want this stronghold because they know just how key it is to blocking attacks on the Fortress. The immediate area is covered, but I'd like you to go to the Blaekmor District and see if any Enemy needs us to take them down. Finding even just one would send a message. Player: Accept.
